Background: Teucrium persicum, a well-known Iranian endemic plant, has been used to treat various diseases in traditional medicine. Objectives: This study aimed assess the antioxidant and cytotoxic effects of chloroform ethyl acetate extracts T. persicum on cancer cell lines. Methods: The total phenolic flavonoid contents, as well potential were assayed. GC-MS analysis was detect chemical constituents these two extracts. cytotoxicity lines, PC-3, SW-480, HEK-293, normal lines evaluated using MTT assay.
